As per halsbury’s laws of England Body corporate is  a collection of individuals united into one body under a special denomination a new business set up can be done, having perpetual. Such illegal association cannot be done business set up registration sue in court of law. However the association can be sued for any liability new business formation incurred by it. It may be noted that though the association is illegal, the business that they carry out is not an illegal new setting up of business merely because the business is carried by an illegal association.
